‘Wonder’ by R . J Palacio

22nd March 2018UncategorisedBy admin
“My name is August ,I won`t describe what I look like but whatever you`re its probably worse”. – Wonder

Wonder is one of  my favourite books. It is basically about a boy called August  who was born deformed so he never wanted to show him self in public so his mum home schooled him but as he was getting older and his mum didn’t have the knowledge to keep teaching him . They then decided to send him to high school and as August struggles to find friends, everyone starts to realise that although August may be ugly he has a beautiful heart.

I loved August because he always took  laughter where ever he went and I felt sorry for him imagine you were unusual and know one talked or made any communication with you but staring so I think he is the bravest person I know This taught me don’t judge people by the way they look judge them by the way they act.
