Digital Applications (Level 3)

Location: Linwood

Start dates: June and September 2017
Salary: £13,000 per annum

This scheme gives you the chance to work on a diverse range of tasks and an opportunity to gain the confidence and experience you need to get a real head start in the digital workplace. This 12 – 18 month programme combines classroom training with hands on experience, with modules designed to teach you both the technical and business skills which will develop you into a capable team member, fully prepared for a business career working with digital applications. If you like being well organised, analysing information and you have great communications skills, this programme is for you.

Key responsibilities
Depending on your location, skills and ambitions, you could be working in one of many areas, including:

Support a broad range of security and governance related controls for our customers, constantly maintaining a secure and audit-ready environment
Work alongside our Client Security Managers, contributing to and gaining experience in a range of information security, governance, risk and compliance activities
Learn to build relationships with key stakeholders, making this an ideal environment to learn both technical and communication skills

What you’ll cover
Through a combination of face to face training and workplace assignments, you’ll develop some of the most essential business skills around. From a technical perspective, you’ll gain your PC passport, ensuring you are confident to use a range of systems and software packages, essential for the workplace.

SQA SCQF6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support
SQA SCQF6 PC Passport
