ESOL visit to Reid Kerr

A group of learners from Trinity High School who follow ESOL courses, accompanied by members of the Support for Learning Department, visited Reid Kerr College on Friday 28 September 2012 to celebrate European Languages Day.

The day was a great success with our young people exchanging their experiences of learning English and adapting to life in Scotland with the Reid Kerr students, sharing lunch, displaying their talents and celebrating aspects of their respective cultures.

The invite to attend the celebrations followed on from the success of previous get togethers arranged between our partners at Reid Kerr and the school.

The school is very grateful to the staff and students of Reid Kerr for the welcome they gave our learners and for providing such a positvie experience for our young people.  Here’s looking forward to the 2013 celebrations!
