Congratulations to Rachel Humphries, who was a finalist at the Renfrewshire Employability Awards and was presented with an award as one of the top four Youth CV Builders in Renfrewshire.
Last week saw a number of events take place both in and out of the school day, not least our very successful S1 Buddies Event. This week we have even more events and activities planned!
As part of Maths Week Scotland (11 - 17 September) the UWS is hosting a lecture by Prof. Adam McBride OBE. The target audience is parents, pupils and teachers. UWS invite you to join them, in the Brough Hall of the Paisley campus, on Tuesday 12th September, from 18.30 till 20.30.
The pilgrimage will leave Scotland on Thursday 28th June 2018 and is open to anyone in the present S3, S4, S5 or S6. Interested pupils should see Miss Howell for more information.

Last Friday, our S1 pupils came off timetable to take part in their Seminar Day and it proved to be be an enjoyable, relevant and interesting experience for all.
The school is looking to develop further partnerships with parents and employers by providing a range of experiences that our young people may benefit from in terms of their future career goals and employability. If this is something you feel you can contribute to, we'd love to hear from you.
